  1. Shipping Method: Standard shipping is via UPS or USPS depending on your location (we will choose the best method). Expedited shipping is via UPS.

  3. When will my order ship?: Most orders ship within one business day. Place your order by 11:00 AM Central Time and we will try to ship same day.
  4. Where do you ship from?: Orders ship from our Minneapolis, Minnesota warehouse. Sales tax is charged for orders shipped to Minnesota addresses.
  5. Delivery times: See the chart above to estimate the delivery time to your area.
  6. Sales Tax: Orders delivered to Minnesota addresses will be charged sales tax.
  7. Returns: See our return policy.
  8. Customers Using a Freight Forwarder: For international orders shipped to a customer’s freight forwarder, any claims for damage must be placed when the order is delivered to the freight forwarder in the U.S. We cannot pay damage claims after the order is re-shipped by your freight forwarder.
